It's Meow or Never (IMON) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization, driven by volunteers who are passionate about reducing cat overpopulation and suffering. Serving Tallahassee, Florida, and nearby communities since 2003, IMON focuses on Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR), fostering, adoptions, and community education to ensure the well-being of feral and stray cats.

We also provide crucial support to local pet owners, offering free or low-cost medical services, weekly cat food deliveries, and affordable adoptions for cats in need. Our dedicated foster network cares for stray, abandoned, and neglected cats until they’re ready for loving homes.

Although IMON started with a TNR mission, our love for cats led to the expansion of our adoption program in 2015. Now, through our partnership with Petco, we hold regular adoption events, helping find forever homes for the many cats and kittens we rescue.
